Good shot. They way you make those words even more impressive by writing them on your scars is pretty good!

i can really feel the moroseness of this in how you use yourself, clad in black, as a background and how you form a tangled ball layered in emotion. i like the way the photo is like a colored representation of something that's black and white, almost as though it were a metaphor for a view point on an issue. the way the words are done is very cool. i like the embellishments and emphasis on the word skin and how it seems as though these words are overlaid over scars or marks on your skin. you managed to create a very powerful photo with very little and in return you've managed to say so much.

i never get tired of your work and when you use yourself as a subject you do so abstractly as though you are any other subject that serves the purpose of carrying a meaningful message rather than trying to draw attention to yourself.

i assumed as much, but i want to be delicate and not draw attention to it, since the photo didn't put that much emphasis either. thanks though.

no prob I don't think she really cares if people comment on it though. I may be wrong but I have known her for a while and though she probably wont admit it she does like people to notice her :P

you attempt and you succeed. that's one of many reasons why i like your pictures. even when you use yourself as a subject you're not trying to go "look at me! look at me!" you are merely there like a wall or a tool similar to a camera that's sole purpose is to carry a message. :D keep up the good work. and as always, i'm extremely delighted to know you.
